Nintendo Switch pre orders running low

Get them before they’re gone

Some retailers are hitting their Nintendo Switch console pre order allotments. Amazon.co.uk have completely sold through their pre orders and as of this moment is unavailable for order.

In the states however it is reported that Amazon, Toys R Us, Walmart, Best Buy and Target simply all list the Switch as unavailable.

There are no exact numbers for how many systems each restailer was allocated for pre orders at this very moment.

In an interview with Gamespot, Reggie Fils-Aime said of the situation

“We’re working to make sure that the supply chain [for Switch] is robust and there is a steady flow of hardware. The one piece we can’t anticipate is the demand side of the equation but certainly from a supply, we feel like we’re going to be well-positioned.”

Hopefully Nintendo will be able to make more systems available for launch day. Nintendo pledged to ship 2 million units in the first month which is a huge number of systems.

We will update as more information becomes available.
